As long as you have a valid payment method associated with your Atlassian account, at the end of your free trial your full subscription will begin automatically. If you have any questions about this process please contact us at support@tempo.io. | f you have an annual Cloud subscription then you will need to purchase an annual licence for Custom Charts. If you have other add-ons then you should have been through this process before. We are on a Server/Data Center license for Jira and/or Confluence. How do I buy a Custom Charts license? | Can I try Custom Charts before I buy it? | My instance has 500 users but I only 10 need to use Custom Charts. Can I get a license for just those 10 users? |
Navigate to the Marketplace listing, click “Buy it now” and select the hosting type you are using.
