- to improve UX/ UI based on anonymous data from app usage

Custom Jira Charts for Confluence (Custom Charts) is hosted and managed within Amazon’s secure data centers and utilizes the Amazon Web Service (AWS) technology. The Amazon servers are located in Germany.

This add-on requires access to the REST API of your Jira and Confluence instance where the Custom Charts add-on is used. Content is sent to your Confluence instance. All data remains on your Cloud systems. The Custom Charts add-on stores only data provided by an Atlassian instance when installing the add-on and oauth tokens for authenticating the Custom Charts add-on. This data contains basic information for validating and enabling communication with a particular Atlassian instance.
