Performance Options
The Performance Options tab gives administrators control over how all Custom Charts function.

Allow auto refresh on Custom Charts | Enable/disable the auto refresh feature on all Custom Charts gadgets/macros, even those already loaded on pages | Default: On |
Auto refresh time interval | Set the global auto refresh interval for all Custom Charts gadgets/macros | Default: 10 Minutes |
Maximum issues display on a chart | Limit the maximum number of issues that can be displayed on a Custom Charts report. This reduces system loads by limiting the amount of data returned from Jira. Best practice: Custom Charts have been tested with very large data sets and we have found that limiting individual searches to 100,000 issues provides the best performance results | Default: 20000
