Pro-Tip - Select Display Option “Calculate percentage of bar counts”
By utilizing the Calculate % of Bar Counts option, we can see in the use case that out of the 10 high-priority issues, the Bluth Company has submitted 90% of those issues (9 out of 10). Knowing this statistic can be helpful to gain a better understanding of the customer, and encourage some important dialogue to determine why their issues are of such high priority.
