To find External Share for Confluence Space Settings click the External Share button in the left menu (APPS)

Other way to open Space Settings:

Go to Space Settings → App Links → External Share

The "Enable External Share for this space" setting can be used to disable all links in a particular Space

If you have existing links in a Space, when you disable External Share those links will not be deleted but will be disabled:

If anyone tries to access an existing link they will see the following message:

If External Share is re-enabled for that Space, then all links will function again. This is useful if you want to quickly secure a Space, but don't want to delete all the links.

You can toggle comments, attachments, child pages and labels.

You can control if unsupported macros will be visible on a shared page or if relevant placeholder information will be displayed at their position in content.

You can enforce security policies for new and updated shares, define link expiration dates, and require a password to view the link.

Unlike link settings, space settings refer to all links in a space
