By utilizing the Calculate % of Bar Counts option, we can see in the use case that out of the 10 high-priority issues, the Bluth Company has submitted 90% of those issues (9 out of 10)7 requests submitted by Schwartz Industries, 72% of those issues are High priority. Knowing this statistic can be helpful to gain a better understanding of the customer, and encourage some important dialogue to determine why the majority of their issues requests are of such high priority.
