When you create a contract for signing using Contract Signatures for Confluence, the HTML document that gets generated goes through a series of statuses.

  1. DRAFT

  2. SENT / IN PROGRESS

  3. REJECTED

  4. SIGNED

  5. EXPIRED

The status will display as “Draft” if you preview the document before sending it.

The status will display as “Sent” (in the list window) and “In Progress” (in the HTML document) after the document has been sent for signing and before it is signed, rejected, or expires.

The status will display as “Rejected” if any one of the signees rejects the contract (even if others have already signed).

The status will display as “Signed” once all signees have signed the document.

The status will display as “Expired [ Krzysztof Bogdan (Unlicensed) what should I write here - not sure when a contract displays as expired]
