Cloud Migration Documentation
Migrating dashboards with custom gadgets from Jira Server & Data Center to Jira Cloud isn’t currently supported by Atlassian. This feature is a top priority for our development team and we are actively working with Atlassian on this functionality with an expected launch data within 2020.
Workaround: Custom Charts has a built-in Import / Export Configuration feature that you can use to manually recreate your charts in your Cloud instance.
