This chart shows Hardware objects from Assets that relate to Broken Hardware Requests submitted by customers.

Recreate This Chart In Your Own Instance!

  1. Add the Issue List gadget or macro to your Dashboard or page

  2. Set the Source to Advanced (JQL)

  3. Write the following JQL statement: “Request Type” = “Report broken hardware (ITSM)” to pull in requests submitted around broken hardware

  4. Optional: Give your list a title

  5. Click Save or Insert
