This chart displays the priority of each open ticket in the Support project.

Steps to Configure this Chart in Your Instance

  1. Set the Source to Advanced (JQL) and enter the statement below into the search box:

    1. project = “INSERT YOUR JSM PROJECT KEY HERE” and resolution is EMPTY

  2. Set the Chart type to Pie Chart

  3. Set the Chart by dropdown to Priority

  4. Optional: Give your chart a title and combine or rename any segments

  5. Click Save or Insert
