Global Space Configuration
In the Global Settings, you can find the "Space Configuration" tab.
Globally restrict access to options available to choose from while creating a link by:
edit the default space configuration,
create a new space configuration- associated only with particular projects.
A space can be assigned only to one space configuration.
If the space is not assigned to any space configuration then the default configuration will be used
The admin can restrict space configuration further but he can not lift any rules. The global configuration will not be affected.
In “Editing Default Configuration” you can:
disable or enable all link options,
enforce security options - set a password or expiration date required or make all links have a custom expiration date,
restrict email addresses or domains for the selected user functionality.
In “Create New Configuration” you can associate settings with particular spaces.
Select spaces you want to associate, click “Add” and save.
Enable or disable External Share
The "Enable External Share" setting can be used to disable all links in a particular Project
