Performance Options
The Performance Options tab gives administrators granular control over how all Custom Charts function.

| Allow auto refresh on Custom Charts | Toggle On/Off Default: On | This switch will disable the auto refresh feature on all Custom Charts, even those already loaded on pages. |

Default: 10 Minutes | Set the global auto refresh interval for all Custom Charts. |
Default: 20000 | Limit the maximum number of issues that can be displayed on a custom chart. This reduces system loads by limiting the amount of data returned from Jira. Custom Charts have been tested with very large data sets and we have found that limiting individual searches to 100,000 issues provides the best performance results. |
