Displaying CMDB Asset Data in Issue List

This Issue List is extremely helpful for teams who are using the app Elements Connect. In this example, we are pulling in asset data (mobile phone information) from an external CMDB using Elements Connect for Jira and displaying the fields as columns on a list.

 

This Issue List uses the following configuration settings:

  • Source: Project

  • Columns:

  • System Fields:

    • Issue Type

    • Key

    • Status

    • Summary

    • Assignee

  • Elements Connect fields:

    • Phone

    • Phone Brand
