Custom Charts now supports reporting on data from Structure by Tempo. For Cloud customers, there are several steps that are required to connect the two apps.
The configuration for this connection is done from the Tempo Apps page.
Once you’ve installed the Trusted App, you can now load data such as Tempo worklog author into any Custom Charts gadget.
Note: Custom Charts for Jira occasionally return more time spent on an issue than is reported in Timesheets. This occurs when the Jira and Timesheets worklogs don't match.
