Export to PNG, CSV, PDF
In Custom Charts and Issue List, users can export reports to a .PNG, .PDF, and .CSV file. The feature is enabled by default, but can be disabled on an individual chart basis, or globally by a Jira or Confluence admin

Steps to Export
Navigate to the Custom Charts or Issue List report you want to export
Hover over the right corner until a set of 3 vertical dots appears. Click the set of 3 vertical dots
In the dropdown menu, click Export PNG (generates PNG file); Export PDF (generates PDF file); or Export CSV (generates CSV file). Your file will either generate in a new tab, or, will download
Note: If your file does not generate, be sure you have pop-ups enabled for the site
Steps to Disable Exports for Individual Charts
In Custom Charts or Issue List, navigate to the Display Options tab
Scroll to the very bottom of the section and find the Allow direct export to PNG, PDF & CSV toggle. Click the toggle so that it turns grey
Click Save or Insert in the bottom right corner
Jira and Confluence Admins Only - Disable Exports Globally
Only Jira or Confluence Admins can modify this on a global level
Navigate to the Custom Charts Admin settings (learn how to get there here)
On the main page, at the very top, ensure you’re on the Allow direct export to PNG, PDF & CSV toggle
Click the toggle so that it turns grey. This means the feature is disabled across the entire instance for all Custom Charts and Issue List gadgets/macros
