Custom Jira Charts for Confluence (Custom Charts) External Share for Jira is hosted and managed within Amazon’s secure data centers and utilizes the Amazon Web Service (AWS) technology. The Amazon servers are located in Germany.

This add-on requires access to the REST API and JSON-RPC API of your Jira instance where the Custom Charts add-on is used. Content is sent to your Confluence instance. ALL DATA REMAIN on YOUR CLOUD system. Custom Charts add-on STORES ONLY DATA provided by an Atlassian instance when installing the add-on. This data contains basic information for validating and enabling communication with a particular Atlassian instance.

Neither employees of Old Street Solutions Ltd. nor any other party is able to access the content of your Confluence pages Jira instance or any other your information except the information provided by the Atlassian Marketplace.
