In order to change that, there are a few simple steps to follow.

Configure DNS for subdomain

First, you need to point your DNS provider to the External Share for Jira domain DNS target contract-signatures.com.

You usually configure a new CNAME record with your DNS provider to point it at Contract Signatures.

Consult your DNS provider’s documentation for specific instructions on creating CNAME records.

Set up a domain

1. Confirm you are the owner of the custom domain name. You can purchase a custom domain name using a domain registration service.

2. Point your DNS provider to the Contract Signatures domain DNS target at, contract-signatures.com

Add your domain

1. Navigate to Contract Signatures Global Settings

   1. Click on the apps dropdown menu on the navigation bar of confluence

   2. Click on Contract Signatures

2. Select the “Customization” tab

3. Under the “Custom domain” section you will see a checkbox “Customize domain”, check this box ☑️

4. Right below this box, there is a “custom domain” field, enter your custom domain address

5. Click on the “Update domain” button (This may take a few moments)

Your custom domain is now set.
